July week 2



Hi guys! Here's what I got on my weekly goals this past week

July Week 1 goals:
  1. Run a total of 6 miles - I ran five so almost! I was so excited when I was able to run 20 min straight on Thursday. Baby steps!
  2. Track water for 5 days - DONE I got some adorable new hydrate stickers from etsy! These were way cheaper than ones I've gotten in the past and so cute! 

  3. Track food for 5 days - I got 4 days 
  4. Post 5 times onto The College Girl daily 
  5. Journal 5 times this week
  6. Clean off/out desk - know when you get in those cleaning moods and get it done really fast? Totally happened here. My desk has become my "dump zone" so it's always the first to get messy. 
  7. Read "Fit2Fat2Fit" by Drew Manning  - I'm about 1/2 way through. I'm sure I'll finish this coming week. 
  8. Workout 5 times this week (including running) - again four times. I'm thinking this one was redundant because I mainly run when I work out. 
  9. Bring my lunch to work every day (at least on the day I get a lunch) - Adrian and I made lasagna early in the week so I had plenty to bring to lunch. My family also picked up some cherries from Costco that were AMAZING! 
  10. Make an appointment about my wisdom teeth - uggg no

Anyway here's July week 2 goals!
  1. Run 6.5 miles
  2. Don't buy any clothes - honestly I need more clothes like I need a hole in my head. 
  3. Finish reading fit2fat2fit
  4. Wear sunscreen every day - I just bought the Josie Maran Argan Daily moisturizer with SPF 47! 
  5. Track water all week
  6. Wake up by 8 every morning
  7. Buy my college textbooks 
  8. Bring my lunch everyday to work
  9. Wash my sheets - something that I always seem to forget. 
  10. Paint my nails
